Decorated and furnished in a very distinctive style by its British owners, Tigina makes the very most of its magnificent location, with big picture windows and doors opening onto the terrace. Built on two levels the accommodation comprises: Sitting room with beamed ceiling and fireplace, separate dining room, well equipped kitchen and utility room with dishwasher and washing machine, cloakroom and a large covered terrace opening onto the swimming pool terrace. On the first floor there are four twin bedrooms, two with en suite bathrooms and two that share a shower room. The bedrooms open onto covered sun terraces with excellent views.

The shallow swimming pool (7 x 3.5m) is surrounded by sun terraces, from which the views are exceptional, and there is a shaded outside dining room, four changing rooms and shower.

Staff	Maid service is provided for 4 hours per day, 6 days per week.

Beaches	The dramatic unspoilt beaches of the west coast, nestling at the foot of dramatic cliffs can be reached in less than 30 minutes.
Shops/Town	Monchique is well positioned to explore the south coast as the resorts of Lagos, Praia da Rocha, Ferragudo and Alvor can be reached in less than 45 minutes drive. The fascinating Moorish town of Silves is easily accessible, as are Portimao and Cape St Vincent, Europe’s most westerly point. The airport at Faro is 90 minutes drive away.
