| What is provided? |
This villa is furnished to a very high standard
and is totally equipped to ensure your holiday
is everything you want it to be.
Cutlery, crockery, glassware, pots and pans,
cooking utensils, kettle and coffee maker bedding,
bathroom towels and face cloths are all provided.
For the swimming pool there is pool furniture,
padded sun loungers, and a table and chair set.
An iron and ironing board can be found in the
villa and there are hairdryers in both bathrooms.

| What should we bring? |
Lots and lots of suntan lotion, towels for the
swimming pool, as few clothes as possible, plenty
of shopping room in your suitcase and the anticipation
of a great holiday! |
| What are the terms and conditions? |

| Will we need to a credit card to use the telephone? |
Local calls are free, but out of area calls require
a credit or phone card that can be purchased locally. |
| Will our electrical equipment work? |
The villa is wired to EU standards, 110v so take
an adaptor for your video camera etc. |
| Apart from your web site, where else can I get
further information on attractions etc? |
The villa is equipped with a comprehensive folder
of information covering attractions and places of
interest. Further information can be found at the
Tourist Information Centers around the Algarve.
The Algarve Regional Tourist Board maintains offices
in all the main tourist centres. |
| Can we smoke? |
For the benefit of our other guests, not inside
the villa, please. |

| How far is the villa from Faro airport? |
The villa is a straight forward drive from the
airport which shouldn't take longer than about 90
minutes. |
| When can we check in/out? |
Your rented villa is cleaned and prepared prior
to your arrival. It will be ready after 4:00pm and
we ask you to depart by 10:00am. |
| Are local taxes included in the rates quoted? |
Yes |
| Does the price vary per person? |
No, the prices quoted are for the villa rental,
which comfortably accommodates up to eight people. |
What day can we
book from and to? |
Weeks are normally based Thursday-to Thursday
but we will try to be flexible wherever possible
